Personal approach and experience.

I am a fully qualified, practising Integrative Counsellor with experience working with adults (18+) who present with a range of issues including abuse, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, loss and bereavement, stress, and issues in the workplace.

As a qualified Gestalt counsellor, I view therapy as a collaborative process. Further training as an Integrative Counsellor affords me the flexibility to draw from a wide range of counselling models to best suit the needs of each individual client.
